I’m sure you can think of one. A food blog that is, that you read and like, but no one else seems to read….but really should. Well I have just the blogger. Her name is Kristen and she runs a great blog called Kristen’s Home Cookie Adventures. She has wonderful recipes that I just can’t stand people missing out on. She does far more cooking than baking, but that is good for me since I concentrate so much on baking. This week alone she had a great Miso Glazed Black Cod with Bok Choy, Pan Seared Mahi Mahi on Sauteed Rapini with Citrus Redcutionย and Sweet and Savory Pork Roast.ย ย So do yourself a favor and go check it out. Also, do us all a favor and adopt a food blogger of your own….one that you think we all should be reading.

I’m flattered beyond belief that I have been adopted. ๐
Peabody, I feel so lucky you found me – the pumpkin cheesecake that I made from your recipe:
http://www.culinaryconcoctionsbypeabody.com/2006/09/21/mi-amour/ is still being talked about at work, and my baking has been improving!
Off to find my adopted blog – there are so many wonderful options to choose from.
Thanks again from a grateful and immensely flattered home cook.

I love finding new blogs.. and this one is great. I’ve just taken an hour to go through all her archives and I think I marked at least a good dozen or more recipes that I’d like to try!
Thanks for letting us know about Kirsten’s blog =)
