These Strawberry Quik Pudding Shots are an adult version of your favorite strawberry flavored childhood drink with boozy twist.
“This post and recipe was created for #SummerDessertWeek! I was sent samples by some of the sponsor companies but as always opinions are 100% mine. This recipe is for adults 21 and older and does contain alcohol.”
Since it’s Summer Dessert Week and Tipsy Tuesday it only seemed fitting to make boozy sweet treat.
So I made these Strawberry Quik Pudding Shots for my husband.
It’s well documented on this blog that he loves Strawberry Quik or Strawberry Milk flavored goodies.
I’ve already made it in fudge form.
And Jello shots.
So pudding only seemed like the next step.
Plus pudding falls in the dessert category.
Obviously using Strawberry Quik helps give these their flavor.
But the two other keys are the use of the Strawberry Milkshake Pudding that Sonic makes. Seriously good on it’s own.
And the booze I use.
It’s called Adult Strawberry Milk.
Which is just what it sounds like.
It’s Strawberry Milk flavored liqueur that is made from vodka.
If you can’t find it you can use vanilla vodka.
But definitely look for the Adult Strawberry Milk.
P.S. It’s a great day to buy my cookbook Holy Sweet!
